Fashion Optiks is the name of our optical dispensary. We carry hundreds of of eyeglass frames to fit every face and every mood. In addition, we never keep frame styles “on our boards” long. We bring in fresh new styles weekly, to provide you with the largest selection of great quality and value.
How long will it take me to get an appointment?
Your eyes are important to us, which is why we work hard to reduce waiting time. We can usually schedule you with our talented eye doctor within a couple days. Emergencies are always seen the same day you call.
What types of insurance do you accept?
Fort Madison Eye Clinic participates with over 30 insurance plans. Yours is likely to be represented. For example, we accept Vision Service Plan (VSP), Medicare, Medicaid (Title 19), EyeMed, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and many more. If you have a medical eye problem, your visit will usually be covered under your medical insurance.
